Robert "Bubba" Kapral has filled many positions at The Times Leader from sports writer, locaql news editor, sports editor and executive sports editor prior to his current post.
Kapral is a St. John Central graduate and an honors graduate from Bethany College, where he was a four-year letterman in track & field.
He also serves on the Bellaire Park District Board as well as the Belmont County MRDD.
