A graduate of Denison University in 1984 with a degree in Photography, I have seen life through the view finder of a camera.
I began taking photography seriously in high school and have had many assignments over the past 30 years, but must admit that what I have enjoyed most is taking and sharing pictures of our local high school athletes.
The unique perspective and graphic realism of photography allow photographers to see the world as it is. The manipulation of that reality in the darkroom and now on the computer also makes the photographer skeptical that what we see is "real."
