Did Lucas bring a stack of phone books with him so he can sit on those in order to be tall enough to actually see over the dashboard of his car?

Thank god we got someone that will protect the county now .Lucas said he would be out from community to community talking with the citizens how many times did you see Fred out on any stops or any big crime happens I been in Belmont county for his 8 yr term only time I seen him on the news he don't come out of office
