After reading this article does anyone else feel like "WE" do ?? It's not the Citizens Fault that there's water-Line breaks, that doesn't justifiy a water-rate increase !! Try working on the actual water-filtration system itself so we all don't have to buy bottled-water to drink ! And, you's want to talk about " Safety-Issues " why is everything a safety-issue only,, when " You's" say it is or bring it up ?? When "US" Concerned-Citizens bring up Safety-Issues, there put down or better yet, put on a very low back-burner !! The City seems to have alot of monies, coming in & spreading around (as per this article & past articles) but, let's All just raise stuff anyways, somebody will pay for it ! Wrong !! Taxation without reprsentation is illegal,, in other words "We need represented up here on 10th. Street" This whole Street has become One-Big-Safety-Concern for the past 3yrs & still counting !!If "WE" need to t
