HORRAY for these 3 businesses..In the interim, Dr. Robert Carr of the Martins Ferry Animal Hospital provided the dog free medical care. Kroger in Martins Ferry donated food, treats and toys and Beauty Barks Day Spa in town gave Sparky a free visit with the works. Dr. Carr is my vet and there has been times that he has not charged me as much as he could have.Nice man. Will take my dog to Beauty Barks because of their nice gesture to give him the works also.
