Shale paying big dividends in Belmont County

As a western pennsylvanian I know that drilling is something that can really drive up the economy in low-income areas. Many towns around me which have not been busy since the steel days are becoming busier every day. Because the industry is such a hotbed for controversy, I try and read about it when I can. I stumbled across an article the other day that highlights some of the Ohio organizations which are pushing for more drilling.
