EVERYONE in this valley knows that the one thing the mall needs is a food court, or more places to eat.How many places are there now? Three and a pretzel place? When we go to South Hills, the first place we head for is the food court, as i'm sure many of you others do too.Get more places in there to eat, and give them a break on the rent for the first yr.Thats why most of the stores are leaving now. I dont see Diab doing anything but walking around with his hand in his pocket, and hiring pretty girls to do NOTHING, but walk around, looking pretty, and collecting a nice paycheck. He needs to get rid of at least two of those girls, and concentrate on getting businesses in there. How many of you remember when there was a dairy queen in there? [ near Garfields]And an ice cream/soft yogurt shop[ by vitamin world]? And York steak house[ by Sears]? And of course Ponderosa. So what happened to those places? Economy was good back than, so that wasnt the problem..Maybe the RENT??

I call this a Great!!! addition to the Ohio Valley Mall. Often when I am back in the Valley my wife will ask if there is a Boscov's there. I have found Boscov's to be an excellant store to shop in with a great selection of items with great prices. I shop in their stores in Salisbury, MD, and occasionally a couple in Delaware. These stores offer more items than any other single store that you will find at the mall or at Highlands. Again a great opportunity to turn the mall back to it's glory days.
