I so agree with you. Like the other day when we had the white outs. Several people with no lights on. Then they wonder why so many accidents. When asked what happen answer is always didn't see them. Well DUH turn your lights on!

From Ohio DMV: If conditions warrant the use of windshield wipers, motorists are required to turn on their headlights. You must always use your headlights between sunset and sunrise, during periods of rain, fog, or snow, and any time conditions make it impossible to clearly see more than 1000 feet ahead.
