Can I ask a Question ? What about the hazardous-house on South 10th. Street? We "ALL" know it's been an on-going "Safety-Hazard" for a looooong time, now. Nobody (we guess) is worried about it 'cause there's, No Red-X or Yellow Safety-Tape or anything ?? It's been on some-list for many years, but ??
