When I'm sitting in my personal vehicle, I see people texting all the time," McFarland said. "But in my patrol car ... people are a little more cautious and use more sense - FUNNY,, But MCFARLAND knows that all he has to do is identify himself as a police officer than make the arrest for texting.Maybe he should go back to police school..

UNCOMMONSENSE
This is simply UN-ENFORCEABLE!!!
And it is TOTALLY un-needed!!
Texting ALREADY falls under "DISTRACTED DRIVING"
This is simply yet ANOTHER excuse to pull over INNOCENT drivers and conduct and ILLEGAL and UN-CONSTITUTIONAL fishing expedition!!!
JACK BOOT POLICE STATE RUN WILD!!!!
