Will be interested to see the outcome of this case. If Lucas is qualified, he stays. If not, he should get his marching orders, be required to pay for any special elections that may be necessary to elect a proper sheriff, and be prosecuted if it's found he gave unfactual information or didn't disclose everything he should've on his application...
