Remember the early 70's???...I do.....when the chuches and anti-gambling groups challenged State run gambling via "The State Lottery".....lottery proponents argued that the State would have plenty of money to run all of its schools...some even said there would NEVER be another school levy or tax increase to fund Ohio schools....REMEMBER PEOPLE?????

And where does the State of Ohio get its money????????????? think about it for a minute.Local funding for your schools gives the local residents more say, more involvement, and should place more accountability to the school administration. do you hold Mr. Obama accountable when he raises your taxes????

Our Ohio Govorner has said that the State will no longer fund it's schools properly and the only way they will be funded properly is through levies. Sad but true thanks the republican's now running the State of Ohio.
