EXACTLY as I predicted!!!

Instead of these THOUSANDS of out of state pipe liners and drillers being FORCED to buy OHIO plates and pay TAXES as the law REQUIRES, these liberals want to STEAL even MORE money from RESIDENTS to pay for the damage that the drilling activity is CAUSING!!!!

OUTRAGEOUS!!!!

TIME TO THROW THESE LIBERAL CRONIES OUT OF OFFICE!!!

Cars don't destroy roads and bridges..TRUCKS DO. This is horse crap. This county has to have a large influx of money from the gas and oil drilling. Use that money or tax the big heavy water trucks. Leave US alone.

west virginia is the way to go!! 1 plate & it cost the same for cars & pickups!! it's even cheaper than ohio. i think i will keep my property in ohio so there won't be a chance for them to rip another resident off with all the crap fees.

I wish that everytime I needed extra money I could just demand it. I am referring to all utilities, taxes, fees, and permits. Electic is outrageous and Comcast just arbitrarily raised their bill charging now for equipment they sent out alledgedly at no charge. I cut back more and more on groceries, gasoline, eating out, going anywhere and I just don't see how low income people can absorb much more. I am not getting a dime from the current gas/oil boom , but I should help pay for them being here and using the roads. It is all so wrong.

Typical elected official, just raise taxes !

Mr Bennett, you should say : Because I'm too stupid to run my department efficiently)I need more money

I know nothing about cutting costs, or time management.... all's I know is I'm short on money, so let's get more,... for me to stay in budget 8(

Meanwhile, the 3 BC "figure heads" will eat up everything he sez, like a "starving dog in a meat market"

Engineers aren't necessarily efficient business people.... CASE IN POINT .... P I T I F U L, and unexcuseable.

Look up the word "politician" in the dictionary...... the new difinition is :

BEND OVER, here it comes. L O L

I've never seen such a combination of ignorance and time wasting. Oh, and I don't like the article either.
