the coal in the ohio valley is high suflur you don't hear anything out west of closing coal mines.

By "on its way out" I'm sure you mean out of the country. Viet Nam plans to build several coal-fired power plants in the coming years. What's Obama gonna do - tax exports?

it won't matter who you elect this time the gas will be there and the coal will still be on its way out.
