"Sheets" is spelled "Sheetz". Doesn't anyone proofread these artutcles? And when are we going to learn more about the development next to the Mall.

this is good news for Belmont County. Added employment opportunities and expanded tax base.
e salute these businesses, their investment, and wish them the very best !!
This area is a massive hillside so ALOT of dirt will have to be moved and the access road behind it will have to be preserved
Also this intersection is already causing MASSIVE traffic jams on 40 so additional traffic signals better be included in the plans
We already have 2 auto parts places, 8 gas stations, 4 pharmacies and 9 motels so NONE of these businesses are actually needed and will only divide the retail pie into smaller pieces resulting in LAYOFFS and cut hours for all
It's simple math!
Ohio valley plaza wouldn't exist if not for moving a lot of dirt. I recall dire warnings about traffic jams backing up on the highway too. It's ok to have an opinion one way or the other, just make sure you can provide support for them.
Trust me, these national chains do not invest, spend, and locate without massive research and planning. Be positive and let us see if they thrive, employ, and drive sales tax income into Belmont County. Jobs, Jobs, Jobs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
