Mr. DeFrank....your reporting skills are lacking. Please read below, a copy and paste from your article, that leave one wondering....are the problems Chase Bank????
Frankly the entire article is disjointed. Please start proof reading your articles for their clarity. Sorry!!!!
""Commissioner Ginny Favede replied that 17 employees have been lost due to layoffs in December. Also, they unexpectedly switched to Chase Banking. "They are drowning out there, and they are drowning trying to take care of people to keep them from falling through the safety net, so I cannot ask 12 people to come in here and give a two-hour report right now," she said. "Right now everything is fine. Right now the priority is trying to allow those people to continue to struggle to offer the services that they offer as far as Job and Family Services are concerned." If so stated Commissioner Favede's statement about bringing in 12 people for a presentation make no sense. Hoe about one individual from the department making a two hour Presentation and answering questions. sometimes I just have to wonder if this was rooted in political issues or she was serious ?????????????

I have found Mrs. Favede to be condescending and arrogant towards the people who elected her. And yes, why do you need 12 people to present a report? Read that answer again and you can see the arrogance and disdain she has for anyone daring to question Her Majesty!
