I could put some names to those allegations with out fear of being sued. They know who they are and surely hope they read this. Maybe they will stop it. At the very least it really irritates them and you gotta love irritating a thief.

Perpetuating "rumors" and allegations of "smoke" and "hearsay" must cease as well.
Truth is the truth..we have more than likely the highest rates in the valley. The stealing has been going on forever. hopefully after they were investigated these things will change and I do appreciate what this new is doing. That doesn't change the wrong things that continue.
Lots of words and little substance UAMF. How about some praise for a proactive stance being taken for a change. Your posts are like peeing in the wind. You might feel better but ultimately you wind up smelling bad.
Sounds good to me..after all we have been paying extremely high water bills for years. these things should have been done decades ago. there are also a lot of businesses and people who know people? That get huge breaks on their water bills and even forfeited in some instances so rumor has it. It's hear say of course but i would be willing to bet my left arm that some of it is true. Hopefully in the future these things can be eliminated and every one will pay their fair share for the water that they use instead of just a percentage of the village while others fill their pools and power wash their homes for free. Like I said it's just hear say but when there is so much hear say some of it has to be true.
