The CO2 THEORY is just that!

It's only a THEORY that has NEVER been proven or even duplicated in a laboratory!

It is simply a way to make TRILLIONS from a TAX on EVERYTHING that produces CO2!!!

This is no different than the CFC ozone hole scam that was pulled 2 years ago!!!

It was a COMPLETE scam and the result cost business and consumers BILLIONS replacing appliances and A/C systems that did not need to be replaced!

The ONLY reason CO2 emissions are even being TALKED about is that it was discovered that TRILLIONS could be made by taxing it!!

It is hard to believe that such a critical issue to the Ohio Valley does not receive a greater reaction. This regulatory move by the President will effectively destroy the prime industry we have....and the second and third order effects will be huge. All the President's supporters should really consider what they have done and how the Administration has betrayed them. Mr. Murray's statements are accurate, our inexpensive, local energy will dry up and no amount of inefficient, expensive, and unreliable wind, geothermal, or solar choices will support the jobs, taxes, and history of coal and energy production in the OV. This will lead to a second 50 year recession in OV unless oil/gas comes through, if not the OV will have geriatric care (controlled by Obamacare) and welfare as the two major employers.

I challenge Mr. Cera and Mr. Gentile to STAND UP to the Obama Administration,EPA, and the all out effort to demonize coal, eliminate it as a source of energy, and further erode a segment of our local economy. forget politics for once and eat out, walk to Washington, and raise your voices.

I am listening ................

This CO2 issue will always be around. Knowing Bob and also having family and friends who work in his mine, I don't doubt that he cares about his employees...not their well-being but the fact that they are the ones making him his profits. Its all business and no matter what people say, its all about the $
