Turley should have been born in Germany circa 1910. He could have beaten and shocked confessions out of the Jews and Communists. He blabs about The President and his Gestapo tactics, and is no better himself. What would happen if any judge could just sentence and kill as he pleased?

Back to the point, this man isn't claiming insanity, he's excusing his behavior by suddenly (and conveniently) recalling past abuse. I'm not saying it didn't happen. Get him into therapy while he's on death row. He had chances to correct his behavior prior to committing murder I'm sure, but for whatever reason chose not to do so.

CRichard.....that slacker has no degree other than a high degree of ignorance. He is a typical Valley loser that had to create an enhanced version of himself in order to deal with his self loathing....his views are insignificant....no matter which one of him they come from!!!!

Rule #9, before you try to act like you are so intelligent, learn how to spell. Extraneous means irrelevant. What does exstraneous mean?

William F. Buckley said Saul Alinsky was "very close to being an organizational genius" Until your hatred of President Obama controlled your life, you had never heard of Saul Alinsky.

Attention all anti-Obama contributors. Word of advice I would advise you not to engage in verbal combat with oluhjnb. I understand he has his a bachelors degree most likely in stupidity and is probably working on a masters in ignorance. His MO is right out of Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals. (5) Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon. Mr. O certainly ridicules his opponents. (13) Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize. Mr. O picks a target and personalizes with name calling . (2) Never go outside of the expertise of your people. Mr. O will never enter into constructive dialog because it would definitely be outside the expertise of all Obamaites. He simply reguritates the Progressive (Socialist) party line (8)Keep the pressure on. Never let up. Mr. O keeps his opponents stirred up with exstraneous BS. My suggestion is to do what I now do and ignore him. Simply boycott him and maybe he will go away. Don’t continue to suffer a fool.

Patsche needs to read the "Insanity Defense Reform in the United States-Post Hinckley" By Lisa Callahan. This was enacted in 1984 after The failed attempt on the republican Idol Reagan.

This increased coverage gives the impression that the defense is widely used, but this is not the case. According to an eight-state study, the insanity defense is used in less than 1% of all court cases and, when used, has only a 26% success rate.[3] Of those cases that were successful, 90% of the defendants had been previously diagnosed with mental illness.[3]

Law and order in a democratic society is often very messy and inefficient. But it is the best we can hope for. "Hang them from the highest tree" will never be the answer in a civilized democratic republic. I often wonder where some of you were during social study classes.

Another post that brings nothing to the conversation. If not for this outlet where would you spew your useless venom? Where is the justice for the victim? In case you have trouble identifying who that is, the one who didn't survive is the victim. Due process is the law allright, but in cases like this one meting out justice should be a foregone cinclusion.

Notice how turley uses the death of a three year old girl to bash the President. Nice work turley. Notice how senior nut case CRM forgets Due Process, just string them up--you know, like the KKK use to do. CRichardMichael master of the Constitution.

Patsche also uses this case as a vehicle to show his ignorance of the law. His concern for the victim is so obviously phoney.

I am in full agreement with Mr. Patsche. Who cares? For what he did he should have been hung immediately on the biggest tree found near the court house.
