I don't understand the previous comments. Are then meant to be funny. I don't believe Martins Ferry ever got used cruisers from Wheeling, they purchased used cruisers from the Ohio State Highway Patrol fleet many years ago. But I feel our officer's safety should be a priority for the city.

wheeling is now getting used vehicles from Pittsburgh so they are well used when taken out of service. Just kidding !!!!!!!!
