I can't speak for everyone but I know my husband and I both are sick to death of the BOE shoving this Levy down out throats time after time after time. Good Lord, we have spoken, we can't afford anymore!! We are so tired of hearing about your levy! As if that wasn't enough, we are hearing that they (BOE) are going to be asking for more....

The BOE is expecting to push this levy through this time because they are hoping for a small turnout ( not a big election) so they are trying to do the underhanded thing to us.

I hope it comes back and bites you BOE. Shame on everyone of you. Do you not know how bad it looks putting this levy back on the ballot for the 8th time? The AllAmericanTown is looking pretty stupid at this point! We have spoken, we can't afford another levy along with all the other increases in utilities, food, gas, insurances and I could go on and on and on!!! It's just not there!!! GET IT?

Narrow mindedness is no excuse for trying to do what's best within the law for school children. You can hold up personal greed as a reason for voting no, but the double-dipping will go on regardless. All you are doing is denying opportunities to our kids. You will likely be the first ones to whine when more programs get cut. Vote yes for a change, then get your *** to board meetings and try to make a difference instead of being armchair superintendents.

Seriously, Thoughtful, these people are bullies. You will not hold them accountable for anything. They will continue to do what they do best which is work for “each other’s” best interest. I hear you, Mercedes and agree 100%. Simply put, people in the school district do not have any excess money for a levy. I am fed up with being harassed over this levy issue. Voting NO once again!

After 37 years and 8 attempts, pass the levy. The money all goes locally, you can hold the board and superintendent accountable, and then you can tell them NO MORE...........

Well... the slow learners are back again...and again, people are tired of being harassed, we have spoken and we will speak again. With the increase in health care costs, food, and people losing insurance, do you really think they are going to vote yes when you have teachers and a superintendent double dipping???? Some people are barely scraping by as it is.
