He has two tear drop tattoos below his left eye and the letters of the words "cash" and "flow" tattooed on the knuckles of his hands.

Kelley is 5-foot-6, 165 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.

The two are believed to be traveling in a white Chevy Trailblazer, possibly with damage to the front end and a cracked windshield.

McCann said no one should approach the two but anyone who sees them should contact Cadiz Police at (270) 522-8369 or the Harrison County Sheriff's Department at (740) 942-2197.

He said a man matching Dowdle's description was reported knocking on doors in Bridgeport and asking for a chain to get his vehicle out of a ditch. The two also are believed to have been attempting to get money while they were there.

McCann said Bridgeport Police dispatched a K9 unit to search the area where the man was seen but didn't find him.

He said Bridgeport Police have been helpful in the investigation.

Interesting, they told your sister paper all about it. Thought you shared. CADIZ - Village Police and the Harrison County Sheriff's Department are investigating a homicide believed to have occurred at Sally Buffalo Park.

Cadiz Police Chief Ryan McCann said two suspects have been named in the killing of Joseph Strothers, 45, of Cadiz, who was found dead at the park at about 5 p.m. Friday.

The two are: Matthew Dowdle, 24, of Hopedale, and Eve Irene Kelley, 33, of Wintersville.

McCann said Saturday he couldn't comment on the nature of the homicide or a motive.

He said Strothers' wife reported he was missing on Thursday night. Strothers' vehicle was found in Bridgeport, he said.

The chief said Dowdle and Kelley were seen in Bridgeport at about 2 a.m. Saturday but were believed to be in Jefferson County later that day.

Dowdle is described as 6-foot-1, 188 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
