who paid for 90 percent of the construction costs of all the new buildings?? Check your facts. Poor districts receive even most assistance in these Projects than wealthy school districts. Fact. total cost was nearly 80 M. No way in this whole world that the district could afford that cost. Mr. Kasich has done a sound job bringing jobs to Ohio, stabilized the budget, and understands how to turn the corner on strengthening the state.

Century Aluminum closed since Feb 15th 2009 due to high power costs. But since WV has a Democrat governor not a word from the USW. What hypocrisy!

Who are you kidding? Kasich an exceptional governor? He hasn't helped this state out at all except for the rich and the school districts who need no help. He has done nothing to help out this district at all.

The governor has called for a 2.75 percent tax on the gross receipts of oil and gas producers -- A major portion of this tax should go to the oil/gas/NGL producing areas of the state to fund education & infrastructure, since coincidentally the counties with these natural resources are also some of the poorest counties in the state.

Kasich is an exceptional Governor. The Ormet issue goes well beyond the most recent electric cost issues. Please be fair,

I am totally sick of hearing about "no money" in this district. I, as a taxpayer and wife of an Ormet worker, cannot afford any more taxes. There is no one out there to help us out if we can't budget our money that we have coming in. Yes, I give some of the blame to our worthless governor, but I also think there is, and has been, mismanagement in this district. What do you think the public are thinking when they read in one article about the dedication of a new school, and in another article, about the really bad shape our district is in. I know what I am thinking!!!

Kasich and his team have decimated public schools in ohio and yet some still vote for the republicans. If you have children or grandchildren in any ohio public school you would be well advised to vote against kasich come may of 2014
