THE INTERSECTION of Catawba and Jefferson in Martins Ferry was the scene of this rollover accident Tuesday afternoon. EMS personnel from Martins Ferry, as well as police from Bridgeport and Martins Ferry, arrived at the scene of the one-car accident. Barbara Mick, 28, 718 Ellett St., Martins Ferry, allegedly lost her cell phone on the floor of this borrowed vehicle, causing the vehicle to crash when she tried to retrieve it.
