ST. CLAIRSVILLE was a festive scene Thursday night as the St. Clairsville Area Chamber of Commerce presented the Holidays on the Hilltop Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony and Parade. Wintry weather didn’t keep hundreds of hardcore revelers from lining the streets, and a few snow flurries only added to the holiday ambiance. Valerie and Rylee Lude were among the parade participants who bundled up and waved to the hordes of candy scavengers.
