Air Force Capt. William J. Keichel has graduated from the Air Force Institute of Technology, Graduate School of Engineering and Management at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, Ohio.
Keichel earned a master's of science degree in electrical engineering.
He is the son of Ann M. Beltz of National Road, Wheeling, W.Va., and Russ J. Keichel of Eastlake, Ohio.
The captain graduated in 1988 from Willoughby South High School, Ohio, and earned a bachelor's degree in 2003 from Ohio State University, Columbus.
