Roy and Josie Grover of Belmont announce the engagement of their daughter Sarah Grover, to Richard Moore, son of Rick and Vickie Moore of Rayland.
The bride to be is a 2006 graduate of Union Local High school and has recently graduated from Ohio University Eastern with her bachelor's degree in business administration. She is employed by Pier 1 Imports.
Her fiance is a 2001 graduate of Buckeye Local High School and is currently attending Eastern Gateway Community College. He is employed by Severstal North America, Follansbee Coke Plant. A wedding is planned for October 23rd at the First Presbyterian Church in St. Clairsville with a reception to follow at the White Palace in Wheeling, WV.
