Ashley Schuler of Shadyside is a member of the Spanish Club at Ashland University. She is the daughter of Robert and Donna Schuler and is majoring in speech communication.
The Spanish Club provides members with a forum for social gatherings, discussion groups, and lectures pertaining to the Spanish language and culture. Members have the opportunity to expand their conversational use of the language in an informal setting.
Dustin Talbert of Mingo Junction is a member of the Geology Club at Ashland University. He is majoring in geology.
The purpose of the Geology Club is to explore areas of geology and/or earth science that cannot be studied in the classroom or lab. Activities include field trips to areas of geological interest and lectures on geology and occupations in geology and related fields. Membership is open to all interested students.
