ST. CLAIRSVILLE - New Horizon Animal Hospital is a state-of-the-art veterinary facility that offers a full range of pet care to area residents and is one of the best in the valley, according to readers of The Times Leader.

Owned by Dr. Jim Moore and Dr. Phillip Puskarich, the facility first opened its doors in May of 2006 with the two doctors and three employees. Today, New Horizon has grown into a 24-hour emergency care facility with six doctors (all graduates of The Ohio State University) and over 40 employees. Other veterinarians on the staff are Dr. Allison Bertram, Dr. Paul Schwartz, Dr. Tanya Hanna and Dr. Christi Hall.
