JAMES AND Patricia Fuller Bulger will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary, Dec. 29. They were united in marriage Dec. 29, 1960.
They are the parents of three children: James Jr. of Columbus, Diana (Alex) Hallmark of Madison, Ohio and Greg (Aime) of Martins Ferry; two grandchildren: A.J. and Sara Hallmark.
They celebrated by renewing their vows.
