Kathryn M. Duda of Shadyside and Michael E. Kelly of Wheeling announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of the late Stephen S. and Jane C. Duda. A graduate of Mount de Chantal Visitation Academy and Bethany College, she is a writer and editor at Wheeling Jesuit University.
Her fiance is the son of Rosemary G. Kelly and the late Edward F. Kelly. A graduate of Linsly Military Institute and the West Virginia University College of Law, he is an attorney with Jackson Kelly PLLC.
