Kelsey Leigh Rutter and Brian Allen Volk were united in marriage on Nov. 19, at The Harrisville United Methodist Church in Harrisville, with Rev. Rod Bowers officiating.

Parents of the bride are Doug and Rhonda Rutter of Harrisville. Mother of the groom is Nancy Volk of Adena.

Angalena Zucco was maid of honor and Chris Volk was best man. Cherish Volk and Shelby Rutter served as bridesmaids and Elijah Foldi and Lance Rutter served as groomsman. Flower Girls were Madison Volk and Jocelyhnn Zucco. Kayleigh Nalley was guest book attendant. Dustin Kinsey served as Pianist.

The bride carried her flower bouquet adorned with a broach worn by her mother on her wedding day, belonging to her great- grandmother, Sara Knight.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Wallace Lodge, Sally Buffalo Park in Cadiz.

The bride is a 2006 graduate of Buckeye Local High School and Jefferson County JVS with her license in cosmetology. She is employed at Studio East Hair & Nail Salon in St. Clairsville.

Her husband is a 2004 graduate of Buckeye Local High School. He is employed by Oxford Resources as a heavy equipment operator.

The couple reside in Hopedale and will take a honeymoon to Punta Cana in April.
