Dear Editor:
The recent tutorial on Charlie Wilson's candidacy was thought provoking? The criticisms regarding his support of the stimulus package and the affordable health care bill
seem ignorant of the fact that Eastern Ohio is a working class area desperately in need of those types of help. The whining about avoidance of town-hall meetings assumes people in our district want their Congressman to provide a forum for tea-bagger bad manners. The writer's remaining points demonstrate dis-information and innuendo at their best, while contributing nothing of a positive nature.
Voters in our area need Charlie Wilson's help in combating the corporate funded foolishness of the 1% and their tea-bagger allies; scurrilous attacks from someone living in Morgantown do nothing to inform the political discussion. Historically, out-of-state opportunists were referred to as scalawagsthe term remains appropriate!
