ST. CLAIRSVILLE Several drug-related cases and one alleging child pornography were arraigned before Belmont County Common Pleas Judge John Solovan II Thursday.
Clifford Eugene Brown, 42, 312 E. Main St., Holloway, pleaded not guilty to four counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor. Two were felonies of the second degree and two were felonies of the fourth degree. All allegedly occurred on Dec. 20, 2011. Status conference was set for April 27, with plea agreement June 8 and trial June 26. He faces a maximum sentence of 19 years and status as a Tier Two offender.
Alisha M. Ring, 21, 632 Columbus Ave., Martins Ferry, pleaded not guilty to one count trafficking in drugs, a felony of the fifth degree occurring May 26, 2011. Pre-trial is set for May 21 with plea agreement deadline July 16 and trial July 24. Bond was continued at $2,500.
Deshaun Dimitruis Mims, 30, Martins Ferry, pleaded not guilty to two counts trafficking in drugs, felonies of the fourth and fifth degrees occurring Dec. 6. Status conference was set for May 21 with plea agreement July 16 and trial July 31. He was taken into custody on other warrants.
Rita Lynn Walker, 41, 539 Fulton St., Wheeling, pleaded not guilty to two counts trafficking in drugs, felonies of the fourth and fifth degree occurring Oct. 10 and 11. Status conference was set for April 27 with plea agreement June 8 and trial June 14. He was released on recognizance.
Brandon Lee Keyser, 23, 215 Kenney St., Wheeling pleaded not guilty to one count trafficking in drugs, a felony of the fourth degree and one count failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, a felony of the third degree. Both occurring Feb. 12, 2012. Status conference was set for April 13 with plea agreement April 27 and trial May 10. Bond was set at $15,000.
Robert Eugene Nolan, 28, 125 Franklin Lane, Sisterville, West Virginia, pleaded not guilty to theft, a felony of the fifth degree occurring Feb. 22, 2012. Status conference was set for May 18 with plea agreement June 29 and trial July 5. Bond was continued at $2,500.
Damon Gregory Pernick, 20, 911 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, pleaded not guilty to one count trafficking in drugs, a felony of the fourth degree occurring April 21, 2011 and two counts receiving stolen property, felonies of the fourth degree occurring Feb. 3, 2012. He faces a maximum sentence of four and a half years. Pre-trial was set for May 21 with plea agreement July 30 and trial Aug. 7. A recognizance bond was issued.
Susan Lynn Davis, 48, 628 Columbus Ave., Martins Ferry, pleaded not guilty to one count possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree occurring March 6, 2012. Pre trial was set for May 21 with plea agreement July 3o and trial Aug. 9. Bond was continued at $10,000.
Christopher Harding, 41, 4438 Grand Ave., Shadyside, pleaded not guilty to one count theft, a felony of the fifth degree occurring Dec. 8. Pre trial was set for May 21 with plea agreement Aug. 13 and trial Aug. 16. A recognizance bond was issued.
Anjomo Bertram McGhee, 40, 523 N. Eighth St., Martins Ferry, pleaded not guilty to one count possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree occurring Feb. 15, 2012. Pre-trial was set for May 21 with plea agreement Aug. 13 and trial Aug. 21. Bond was continued at $2,500.
William Flemming, 28, 1475 Belmont St., Bellaire, pleaded not guilty to one count of burglary, a felony of the second degree. Pre-trial was set for May 7, with plea agreement June 4 and trial June 21. Bond was set at $15,000.
Secret arraignments were made on one assault case and one case of failure to notify of change of address.
