STUDENTS AT St. Clairsville Elementary School got to make a splash by throwing water on the teachers and Principle Jim Rocchi for the end-of-year fun. Water buckets were purchased by the students, and proceeds went to the school’s Pennies for Patients collection. Like many schools in the Ohio Valley, St. Clairsville’s last day of the 2011-12 school year for students was today, and students were eager to kick off a long, hot summer break.
