A Bellaire woman who faces charges of theft from the Village of Bellaire Water Department has been returned to Belmont County from New York where she was arrested last week.
Lisa Flaherty, 38, was booked into the county jail on charges of tampering with evidence, theft in office and tampering with records. No bond was set.
According to information at the jail, Flaherty says she is homeless.
However, her last known address on the booking sheet is listed as 64531 Pattterson Hill Road, Bellaire.
Flaherty was returned to Belmont County by Prisoner Transport Services.
