WOODSFIELD - Ten persons indicted recently by the Monroe County Grand Jury have pleaded not guilty to an assortment of drug charges, and trial dates have been set.
The trials will be conducted before Monroe County Common Pleas Court Judge Julie R. Selmon.
Individuals entering not guilty pleas and the charges they face are:
Ashley M. Kindle, 18, 42084 Alleman Road, Woodsfield, three counts of theft of drugs. Trial date: Jan. 7.
Joshua David McGarry, 21, 205-1/2 Roy St., Woodsfield, six counts of illegal manufacture of drugs, one count of illegal assembly of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, one count of aggravated possession of drugs and one count of possession of drug instruments. Trial date: July 9.
James L. Hoskins, 29, 826 Ashland Court, Barberton, one count of illegal manufacture of drugs in the vicinity of a juvenile and one count of illegal assembly of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs in the vicinity of a juvenile. Trial date: July 30.
James R. Kisner, 29, 52313 Crum Road, Beallsville, one count of illegal manufacture of drugs in the vicinity of a juvenile and one count of illegal assembly of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs in the vicinity of a juvenile. Trial date: July 30.
Joshua Conner, 30, 112A Sycamore St., Powhatan Point, six counts of aggravated possession of drugs and two counts of OVI. Trial date: Oct. 29.
Timothy H. Hannahs, 45, 58850 Ogilbee Road, Jacobsburg, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, one count of failure to stop after an accident and one count of an open container. Trial date: Jan. 7.
Jonathan Blake Reed, 19, 220 E. Walnut St., Barnesville, one count of theft of drugs. Trial date: Oct. 1.
Desaray Ina Lacy, 18, 38992 SR 800, Woodsfield, one count of possession of heroin and one count of possession of drug abuse instruments. Trial date: Oct. 29.
Alexander Nicholas Ward, 18, 36443 SR 7, Sardis, one count of possession of heroin and one count of possession of drug abuse instruments. Trial date: Oct. 22.
Terrell L. Henderson, 51, Rt. 1, Box 145A, Middlebourne, W.Va., one count of aggravated possession of drugs and one count of possession of drug abuse instruments. Trial date: Jan. 3.
