FRYE, Leo H. "Dub," 78, of Clarington, Ohio died Thursday, June 21, 2012 at the Belmont Manor in St. Clairsville, Ohio.
He was born October 27, 1933 in Monroe County, Ohio a son of the late Sam and Laura Pugh Frye.
He was a retired maintenance supervisor for the Woodsfield Nursing Home, and had worked at the Ohio Ferro Alloys for over 23 years. Dub also enjoyed building homes.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.
He is survived by his four daughters, Chriscinda Krasinski of Lawrenceville, Georgia, Tina (Gary) Cordery of Bellaire, Ohio, Catherine Stewart of Bellaire, Ohio and Cynthia Frye of Middletown, Maryland; five sisters, Florence Longwell of Woodsfield, Ohio, Verda Fankhauser, Elma Grasso and Flossie Murphy all of Canton, Ohio and Rena Crawford of Clarington, Ohio; and three brothers, Perry Frye of Hannibal, Ohio, Junior Frye of Clarington, Ohio and Ross Frye of Woodsfield, Ohio. Also five grandchildren, Angela, Jason, Tasha, Toni and Megan; and four great- grandchildren, Timothy, Skylar, Madison and Taylor.
Family and friends will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes, 186 Main St., Powhatan Point, Ohio on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where services will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. with Chaplain Margie Carr officiating. Interment in the Powhatan Cemetery in Powhatan Point, Ohio.
