FORNAL, Annabell Grace, 7 weeks old, of St. Clairsville, OH, passed away Sunday, June 24, 2012 at her home.
She was born May 5, 2012 in Martins Ferry, OH, daughter of Cody Fornal and Stephanie Courtwright. Annabell Grace, our precious little angel, spread your wings and fly, baby girl. We love you so much.
She was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandmother, Helen Courtwright; her paternal great-grandfather, Robert Laxton; her uncle, Isaac Swallie; and cousins Austin Courtwright and Brandon Smith.
In addition to her parents, Annabell is survived by her brother, Brody Fornal of Barnesville, Ohio; maternal grand parents, Melissa and Michael Courtwright of St. Clairsville, OH; paternal grandparents, Angela Laxton of Barnesville, OH, and Brent and Marcie Fornal of St. Clairsville, OH; her maternal great-grandparents, Sandra and Buck Jennings and Joe Courtwright, all of St. Clairsville, OH; paternal great-grand parents, Ron and Nancy Bishoff of Barnesville, OH; JoAnn Laxton of Charleston, WV; and Donnie Fornal, of Barton, OH; aunts Samantha and Alexandria; and uncles Pork Chop, Tommy, Tyler, Lucas, Nicholas, and Colton.
Friends may visit on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of service at noon at Kelly Kemp Braido & Patron Funeral Home, 322 N. Main St., Bethesda, OH, with the Rev. Charles Clark officiating. Interment will follow at Crestview Cemetery, Barnesville, OH.
