PROCTOR, Isabella Kaye, 20-day old infant, died Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at her home in Martins Ferry, Ohio.
She was the daughter of David Proctor and Kati Jo Swauger. Also surviving are brothers and sisters; Ashlyn Whittington, Torrance Proctor, Nevaeh Proctor, David Proctor, Payton Swauger, Wyatt Swauger and Braxton Proctor, maternal grandparents, Kimberly Barries and Oliver Wilson, Ray Swauger, paternal grandparents, Dave and Diane Proctor, several aunts and uncles and cousins.
Friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Monday at 4 p.m. with Pastor Kenneth Sickle officiating at the Beck-Altmeyer Funeral Home & Crematory 204 West Main St., St. Clairsville, OH.
