ST. CLAIRSVILLE - Timothy Allen Jendrusik, 41, 3345 Monroe St., Bellaire, was sentenced on a count of gross sexual imposition on a child, a felony of the third degree occurring March 3, 2012. Solovan handed down a sentence of four years.
Jendrusik was also designated a Tier Two sexual offender.
He was also sentenced for violating his community controls.

In 2008 he had been placed on community controls for five years for failure to notify of a change of address.
He will serve the sentences concurrently for a total of four years.
The mother of the victim spoke about the lasting emotional effects of Jendrusik's crime on her child.
Solovan noted Jendrusik's history, including burglary, breaking and entering, and corrupting a minor.
He also noted Jendrusik used a relationship of trust to facilitate his crime, as well as his knowing and reckless behavior and failure to accept responsibility or show genuine remorse.
"You are a prime example of the deterioration of our society today," Solovan said. "Your sentence is deserved."
