Moral Election

July 8, 2012
Times Leader

Dear Editor,

Speaking of change?

How many out there will vote Democrat or Republican, just because you've done it all of your life?

No matter what your candidates morals are, you still feel obligated to your party to vote for him?

This election should be a moral election; not political! Politics should not take priority over a candidates character and his beliefs.

You say that's not important? Yes it it!

You see, I care about and am against abortion, I believe in marriage between a man and a woman.

And I believe our servicemen, who protect us, deserve the best pay and benefits.

I also believe in God; who seems to have been put at the lowest end of the totem pole, as far as our nations beliefs. He is our foundation!

So this year will be a change for me.

I will vote from my heart and mind!

What about You?
