GRANDSTAFF, Christopher D. "Cage," 26, of Bridgeport, died Wednesday July 4, 2012 at Liza's Place Wheeling.
He was born October 15, 1985 in Wheeling, a son of Michael and Diana (Chrislip) Sorge of Bridgeport.
He was a construction worker, and a member of the Faith Fellowship Church in Bellaire.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Chris and Bessie (Knapp) Chrislip.
In addition to his parents he is survived by a daughter, Mya Rayne Hodgkiss; two sisters, Ashley Grandstaff of Bridgeport, and Cana Gregory of Martins Ferry; brothers, Jeremy Sorge of McMechen, WV, and Jeremy Sorge of Martins Ferry; paternal grand- mother, Marlene Toth, and paternal grandfather, Allen Sorge.
Friends are invited to attend a celebration of Cage's life on Monday July 9, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, where services will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Julianne Gebbie officiating.
Burial will be at the convince of the family.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be set up for Mya Rayne "Cage's" daughter.
