LENOIRA HARDWAY, left, 10 years old, and her sister, Daja, seven years old, are determined to shovel snow from in front of their home in West Wheeling in January of 1994. Lenoira is now 28 years old and married to John Benline. Daja Hardway Sweazy, is now 25 years old and lives in Bridgeport with her two children. Large icicles such as the ones hanging in the background are a common sight on homes around the Ohio Valley during the winter time. Submitted by Nina Hardway
