BUSBY, Florence B., 90, of Cadiz, OH, died Monday, July 16, 2012 at Country Lawn Care Center in Navarre, OH.
She was born May 3, 1922 in Clarington, OH, a daughter of the late Harry and Elsie Gilmore Taylor.
Florence was an active member of Scott United Methodist Church where she sang in the Choir and was a Cub Scout Den Mother. She was a volunteer at the Harrison County Food Cupboard and was a member of the Cadiz Garden Club. She enjoyed bowling, square dancing and golf.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles L. Busby in 1998; and by five brothers, William, Herbert, Lewis, Francis and Dale Taylor.
Surviving are two sons, Gary (Judy) Busby of Massillon and Curtis Busby of Montrose, CO; five grandchildren; 12 great-grand children; several great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Helen Gregory, of Columbus, OH.
Friends may call Friday from noon until time of funeral service at 2 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, 172 S. Main St., Cadiz, OH. Rev. Richard Hasley will officiate. Burial will follow at Cadiz Union Cemetery.
