GREENE, Basil F. Greene, 55, of Chillicothe, died, Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at his residence.
He was born September 29, 1956, in San Diego, CA, a son of the late Harry Greene Sr., and Darlene Bryant Greene of Portsmouth.
Basil is also survived by his daughter, Sarah Greene; two brothers, Harry Greene, Jr. and Bobby Greene; two sisters, Renee Greene and Teresa Messer; and several nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Timothy and Ellis Greene.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, July 20, 2012 at D.W. Swick Funeral Home in New Boston.
Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Military Graveside honors by James Dickey Post 23, American Legion.
Visitation will be Friday from 1 p.m. until the time of the service at D.W. Swick in New Boston.
