A tractor trailer fire today at 2:28 a.m. forced the closing of one eastbound lane of I-70 at mile post 201. A trooper from the Ohio State Highway Patrol in St. Clairsville said the scene was cleared around 6:40 a.m.
Units from Barnesville, Fairview and Quaker City Volunteer Fire Departments responded to the scene.
A spokesperson at the patrol said the trailer was carrying copper coils which were transferred to another trailer.
