ZDANSKI, Timothy

ZDANSKI, Timothy A., 57, of Bethesda, Ohio died Thursday, July 26, 2012 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

He was born September 3, 1954 in Wheeling, West Virginia, son of the late Theadorous Zdanski and Wanda E. Dyrdek Zdanski.

Tim was a graduate of the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy. He was a member, past president and commander of Belmont County LEPC, member of Belmont County 9-1-1 Board, and had also served as a member of the Belmont County Police Chief Association. Tim was instrumental in the organization of the S.P.I.I. Task Force and was the Administrative Commander of the Belmont County Drug Task Force. He was the owner and operator of TAZ Studio of Photography.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his pet and best friend, Samuel.

Tim is survived by his wife of 27 years, Penny (Snyder) Zdanski of Bethesda, Ohio; daughters, Misty Zdanski of Virginia, Taylor Zdanski (Vishal Singh) of St. Clairsville, Ohio, and Stephanie (Keith) Bethel of Bethesda, Ohio; son, Jason (Heather) Warfield of Commercial Point, Ohio; grandchildren, Alison, Riley, Gracie, Gunnar, Brock, Carleigh, and Madelyn; brothers, Thomas (Patricia) Zdanski of St. Clairsville, Ohio and Todd Zdanski of Bellaire, Ohio; several nieces and nephews; his dear mother-in-law, Shirley Snyder; and police department friends and colleagues.

Friends may visit, Monday 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m., Union Local High School Commons, 66779 Belmont-Morristown Road, Belmont, Ohio. Pastor Brian Bee officiating.

Interment will follow at Ebenezer Cemetery, Bethesda, Ohio.
