HART, Cynthia S (Wozniak), died at age 62 on July 22, 2012 in Altamonte Springs, FL.

Born November 24, 1949 in Martins Ferry, OH to Mitchell and Flora Wozniak, Cindy attended St. Mary Central grade school and St. John Central High School (Class of 1967),

After graduation, Cindy was employed by Martins Ferry Family Planning and was married to Gary Cunard in 1969. Cindy continued her education at Ohio University graduating cum laude in 1971 with a BS in Sociology and moved to Canton, OH to work for United Cerebral Palsy and Central Mental Health,

Cindy married Donald W Hart in 1981 in Canton, OH. After receiving a kidney from her brother Michael in 1988, Cindy became a charter member and active volunteer in TRIO (Transplant Recipients International Organization).

In 1997 Cindy and her husband, Donald moved to Altamonte Springs, FL. Together they traveled the world, enjoyed cruising and all things Disney. Cindy was an avid reader, created memorable needle point and cross-stitch art and treasured her clown collection. Cindy was a dear friend to many and brought smiles and joy to our hearts.

Cindy was preceded in death by her parents and in April 2000 by her husband Donald.

Cindy is survived by her stepson, Bruce D Hart of Atlanta, GA, sister, Diana J Baldi of Libertyville, IL, brothers, Joseph M Wozniak of Phoenix, AZ and Michael J Wozniak of Winter Garden, FL, nieces, Josie Pickens, Siena Baldi, Brooke Baldi and Armida Wozniak, and her dog, Max.

A celebration of life gathering will be held at 5:30 p.m. on August 10th at Cindy's childhood home (501 N 7th St, Martins Ferry, OH) for close friends and family. An open reception will follow at 7 p.m. at the PNA Club (542 Spence Lane, Martins Ferry, OH).

A memorial service will be held at 11a.m. on August 25th at DeGusipe Funeral Home (9001 N Orlando Avenue, Maitland, FL),

Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to Christian Children's Home of Ohio (2685 Armstrong Road, Wooster, OH 44691), Guiding Eyes for the Blind (611 Granite Springs Rd., Yorktown Heights, NY 10598), or Best Friends Animal Society (5001 Angel Canyon Road, Kanab, UT 84741).
