Ralph David Bowen was promoted in the US Army Active Duty from SSG/E6 (Staff Sergeant) to SFC/E7 (Sergeant First Class) effective 1 May 2012. Bowen graduated from St. Clairesville High School in 1979. His mother lives in St. Clairsville. Bowen is stationed in Columbus, Ohio and has served 15 years on active Federal Service.
